• Low Rotational Inertia Design
To increase the production cycle rate of SCARA robots,
the rotational inertia of the Z-axis must be reduced.
The optimized design is more compact and lighter
than existing products.
• Compact Design with Reduced Outer Diameter
A smaller outer diameter enables more compact
integration of components within the equipment.
• Lightweight Structural Design
Weight reduction helps decrease the overall mass of
the installed equipment.
• Reduced Motor Driving Torque
By reducing the rotational inertia of the nut,
motor settling time is shortened,
enabling faster and smoother Z-axis vertical motion.
In addition, the required motor torque is reduced, thereby lowering the motor load.
